Who we are

Dr Colm L. Humphries B.D.,H. Dip. Psych., D. Psych. Sc, P.Grad.Dip

Colm currently works as a senior clinical psychologist. He has a wide field of experience in several areas including clinical psychology, bereavement & trauma counselling, crisis management and pastoral ministry. He has worked with adults and also specialises in child and adolescent mental health.

He has worked with Dr Marion Gibson in developing and delivering Crisis Management training courses across the UK.

He has belief in the power of mediation to resolve disputes and is keen to further its development and uptake in Ireland. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Trinity College Dublin.
He is a founder and clinical director of Philemon.

Fintan Farrell BSc. IT, BA Management.

Fintan has worked in software development and project management for many years. He brings his management skills, experience and innovation to Philemon.

He is a founder director of Philemon and works on building new business opportunities for the company. He is also operations director of Philemon.
