    Colm Humphries is a Clinical Psychologist. He qualified as a clinical psychologist at University College Dublin and is registered with the Psychological Society of Ireland. He has worked in child and adolescent mental health at Lucena Clinic and in the HSE in Kildare. Dr Humphries also worked in early intervention for children and in intellectual disability services in Dublin. He holds additional qualifications in the forensic assessment of adults who sexually offend. He has worked in specialist assessment services for child sexual abuse at St Claire’s Unit, Temple Street, Dublin. He holds a qualification in mediation and dispute resolution. He has specialist training in the assessment and treatment in children and adults who have experienced trauma and violence.

    Colm has considerable experience as an expert witness in the Irish Courts on parenting capacity, competence and on clinical assessment of Probation Service clients prior to sentencing. Dr Humphries has prepared reports for The District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. He has completed forensic psychology training at Goldsmiths, University of London and has been contracted to provide specialist trauma and support services in Hong Kong, Singapore and Philippines. He has worked with families in Ireland from across the social and cultural spectrum.

  • Natalia Harding, Chartered Clinical Psychologist

    Natalia Harding is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). She qualified as a clinical psychologist in Poland, her qualifications were recognised by the Department of Health and Children in Ireland in 2013. She has since worked in a variety of settings, such as disability, child & family, adult mental health and lifespan primary care.

    Natalia has supervised a number of assistant psychologists, trainee counselling psychologists and staff grade psychologists over the years. She has also contributed to training of doctoral counselling psychologists in Ireland. She has been affiliated with Philemon since 2017 where she provides assessment and intervention for both adults and children.

    Fintan has worked in software development and project management for many years. He brings his management skills, experience and innovation to Philemon.

    He is a founder director of Philemon and works on building new business opportunities for the company. He is also operations director of Philemon.
