Mediation is often used in organisations where disputes arise between colleagues and where these disputes generate conflict in the workplace. Sometimes disputes can be about disagreements between staff. Other times disputes can arise within an organisation because of allegations of bullying, perceptions of victimisation or loss of opportunity for promotion or advancement.
